Övervåld - Vigarv EP

Swedish death metal force Övervåld returns with Vigarv, a four-track barrage of relentless aggression, misanthropy, and unfiltered brutality. Named after an ancient Swedish term for “revenge,” Vigarv refines the band’s signature fusion of the classic HM-2 sound with ferocious black metal influences, forging an uncompromising and devastating sonic assault.

Fronted by the fierce Rebecca Holm, alongside Joachim Lyngfelt (Crawl, ex-Decomposed) and Peter Engström (ex-Setherial), Övervåld channels raw fury and despair into an EP that is as vicious as it is infectious. Nasty as hell yet remarkably catchy, these tracks pack a crushing punch, proving that their riffs and performance remain as powerful and unrelenting as ever.

The CD also contains 11 bonus live-tracks from when Övervåld destroyed the town Skellefteå.
