Misery, NOOSED’s new EP deals with themes of addiction, clerical abuse, corruption,
humanitarian crisis and nuclear annihilation. Every day things get a little worse.
We are living through a housing and homelessness crisis. A mental health crisis. A suicide crisis. A climate crisis. A food security crisis. A healthcare crisis. A refugee and migration crisis. An energy crisis. An education crisis. An opioid crisis.
We are watching the rise of the far right and Christofascism. The stripping away of human rights. Political instability spreading across the world. Colonialism and imperialism run rampant. Genocide is not only happening, it is being beamed directly into our homes while we are gaslit about what we are seeing. Every day we are steeped in misery. The Doomsday Clock now sits at 85 seconds to midnight.
Humanity is Noosed, but we are not yet hanged.
